Ingredients:
1 cup marshmallows
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
1 (1.69 ounce) package candy-coated milk chocolate pieces
Directions:
Place the marshmallows and peanut butter in a saucepan over medium heat, and stir constantly until the marshmallows have melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the candy. Pour into a bowl, and let cool; eat slightly warm or cool.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Mix apple pie filling, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
Beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in a separate bowl until whipped and smooth. Stir apple pie filling mixture into cream cheese mixture.
Spoon apple-cream cheese mixture into each tortilla; roll tortilla around filling. Arrange rolled tortillas, seam-side down, in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Mix white sugar, brown sugar, water, butter, cornstarch, and vanilla extract in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved, about 3 minutes. Spread sauce over rolled tortillas.
Bake in the preheated oven on the top rack until enchiladas are bubbling, about 50 minutes.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and allspice together in a bowl.
Coat both sides of flour tortillas with melted butter; cut tortillas into quarters. Coat 1 side of tortillas with sugar mixture. Arrange tortilla pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and crispy, 12 to 16 minutes.
Arrange baked tortilla pieces on a serving platter; drizzle with peanut butter, caramel dip, and chocolate syrup. Top with whipped topping.

2 fresh nectarines, pitted and halved
2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, then spray with cooking spray.
Place plums and nectarines, cut side up, on prepared baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until tender, 18 to 20 minutes. Drizzle fruit with honey and continue baking until golden brown, 2 to 3 more minutes.
