Ingredients:
2 (21 ounce) cans apple pie filling
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
 1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Pour apple pie filling into a 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix over apples. Drizzle melted butter on top, stirring slightly to evenly moisten dry cake batter. Bake 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts
 1/4 cup strawberry jam, divided
 2 cups confectioners' sugar
 2 tablespoons milk
 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon colored decorating sugar, or as needed

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Unroll the pie crusts, place on a lightly floured work surface, and roll the crusts slightly with a rolling pin to square the edges. Cut each crust into 8 equal-sized rectangles. Place about 2 teaspoons of strawberry jam in the center of 8 squares, and spread the jam out to within 1/4 inch of the edge of the pastry square. Top each with another pastry square, and use a fork to crimp the squares together, sealing in the jam. Use a knife to trim the pastries, if desired. Move the filled pastries to the prepared baking sheets.
Bake in the preheated oven until the edges are lightly golden brown, about 7 minutes. Allow to cool on the baking sheets. Meanwhile, stir together the confectioners' sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl to make a spreadable frosting. Spread the cooled tarts with frosting and sprinkle with colored sugar.

Ingredients:
 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
 1/4 cup white sugar
 1/2 cup brown sugar
 1 pinch salt
 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 1/4 cup water
1 (15 ounce) package double crust ready-to-use pie crust (such as Pillsbury®)
4 large red apples, cored and thinly sliced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in white sugar, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and water. Bring the syrup to a boil, stirring constantly to dissolve sugar, then remove from heat.
Unroll pie crusts, press one into a 9-inch pie dish, and place the apples into the crust. Unroll the second crust on a work surface, and cut into about 8 1-inch wide strips. Criss-cross the strips over the apples, or weave into a lattice crust. Crimp the bottom crust over the lattice strips with your fingers. Spoon caramel sauce over pie, covering lattice portion of top crust; let remaining sauce drizzle through the crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake until the crust is golden brown, the caramel on the top crust is set, and the apple filling is bubbling, 35 to 40 more minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing.

Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
 3 eggs, separated
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (125 degrees C).
In a large glass or metal bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat egg yolks, then stir in condensed milk, lime rind, and lime juice. Mix well, then fold mixture into beaten egg whites. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Chill before serving. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.

Ingredients:
 1 (9 inch) pie shell
 2 egg yolks, beaten
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
 1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Prick pie shell with a fork and bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes, or until crust is lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool.
In a medium mixing bowl blend egg yolks and condensed milk. Stir in lemon juice. Heat this mixture in a double boiler, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until it thickens. Pour into piecrust and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries
 1 (8 ounce) jar ready-to-use strawberry glaze
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions:
In a medium bowl mix together strawberries and glaze. Pour into pie shell. Top with whipped topping.
