Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup margarine, melted, or use butter
1 1/2 cups caramel ice cream topping
8 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
Directions:
1.Combine first 5 ingredients and spread on a cookie sheet in a thin layer.
2.Bake at 400 degrees until crumbs are golden.
3.Check often to prevent it from burning!
4.Crumble into 1-13 x 9 pan or 2-8x8 pans reserving some of the crumbs for the top.
5.Drizzle 3/4 cup caramel sauce on top of crumbs.
6.Scoop vanilla ice cream on top and spread evenly.
7.Drizzle the rest of the caramel sauce and top with the reserved crumbs.
8.Freeze until firm or overnight.
9.If storing for an extended time, cover well to prevent freezer burn.
Ingredients:
2 cups lime sherbet, thawed slightly
1 (250 g) package cream cheese
1 (12 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (or make your own with Sweetened Condensed Milk)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (1 liter) container Cool Whip
lemon slices (to garnish) or lime slice (to garnish)
Directions:
1.Spread lime sherbet on the bottom of a 9 x 5 loaf pan.
2.Freeze 10 minutes.
3.Beat cream cheese and condensed milk until fluffy.
4.Add lemon juice.
5.Stir in Cool Whip.
6.Spread mixture on top of sherbet layer.
7.Freeze 3 hours or overnight.
8.To serve invert on serving pan and garnish with lemon or lime slices.
Ingredients:
6 -12 ice cream sandwiches
1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip
chocolate syrup (to taste)
1 butterfinger candy bar
Directions:
1.Line a pan with ice cream sandwiches.
2.Spread cool whip over the ice cream sandwiches.
3.Pour chololate syrup over that to your taste, all depends on how much chololate.
4.Crush up a butterfinger and sprinkle over the top of the cake.
Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) package Oreo cookies, crushed
1 (8 ounce) package Cool Whip, thawed
1 (16 ounce) jar of hershey's hot fudge
1 1/2 gallons vanilla ice cream
Directions:
1.Grease a 9x13" pan.
2.Crush the cookies, either in a food processor or put them in a plastic bag and beat the heck out of them. Layer half of the crumbs in the pan.
3.Spread the softened ice cream over the cookies.
4.Warm the fudge until pourable in the microwave and pour over the ice cream.
5.Spread the Cool Whip over the fudge. Then cover with the rest of the oreos.
6.Put it in the freezer for probably at least two hours or until it gets firm.
7.Take it out of the freezer about 20 minutes before you want to serve it.
