Ingredients:
2 oranges, the sweetest you can find
1 apple, sliced (optional)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions:
1.Peel oranges, then slice crossways into rounds and arrange on a pretty plate.
2.Add a few apple slices, if desired.
3.Lightly dust with cinnamon and serve immediately.

1 egg

Directions:
1.mix ingredients in a small bowl.
2.drop by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheet.
3.bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until set.

2 packages sugar-free jello, any flavors
1 cup boiling water
1 package Kool-Aid, any flavor (optional)
Directions:
1.Combine all ingredients until dissolved.
2.Pour into an 8x8 pan, lightly sprayed.
3.Refrigerate until firm.
4.Cut into"worm-like" strips
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh strawberries
4 ounces fat free cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute.
Directions:
1.Clean the strawberries and cut the tops off so that they are flat. Place them on a plate.
2.Using a small knife, make a hole in the bottom of the strawberries.
3.With a mixer, blend the cream cheese with the vanilla and splenda.
4.Using a small spoon, put little dollops of the cream cheese in the holes in the strawberries.
5.Chill until ready to serve
